The second Saturday of every month we gather together as sisters to share and deepen our connections to ourselves and each other. We explore the ritual nature of a sauna practice, honouring the elements and celebrating all aspects of life on this planet under the stars!~ We engage in various activities that stimulate our senses, singing sounding, screaming etc… Let’s continue to support one another in our life journeys and practice our listening skills.~
