Rockhound Campground

The Bancroft Gemboree is almost here! We are offering camping, accommodations workshops and evening celebrations for those coming to the area. The farm will be open for tours with forest hiking trails to explore and lapidary shop onsite for stone cutting. Come to watch a demonstration or book a private stone cutting lesson and create your own necklace pendant. A market area of hand cut stones, jewelry, rough rocks, slabs will be set up. Abby will be teaching the lessons and has many years of experience stone cutting and mining. She also has lots of fun stories to share. Kids are welcome to join in or book a lesson as well! There is a communal kitchen space in the barn and a sweet lake swimming spot down the road as well as a swimmable pond on the farm. Hopefully we will have a fire (weather dependant) on friday evening with some music jamming. The sauna will be open sat night so brig a towel.

Unfortunately we are not able to host pets on this weekend as we have many free range animals already on the farm.
