Guilds & Schedule
Over the years, we have played with and explored the structure of how we gather and share. By continuously reflecting on our individual and collective needs each year, we adapt and evolve, reassessing how we practice the art of gathering. This year, we are introducing the concept of Guilds to Fulcrum.
Inspired by the geometry of Metatron’s cube, as an interconnected foundation for our gathering organization and structure we hope to create intentional spaces that can bring us together around our shared crafts, skills, and processes. The 6 Guilds model encourages collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge exchange where we can foster deeper connections and further our culture of learning, innovation, and mutual support. Each Guild has 3 Guild Keepers. They will anchor the space with their knowledge and craft, inviting the community to participate in a variety of ways as we find our balance between these different approaches:
