What to Bring?

Come prepared... to experience a dynamic weekend!

Well it’s pretty simple. You really only need a couple arm fulls of things to have all you need.

If you forget something we will most likely be able to source it here. 

*We do ask everyone to bring some fruit to contribute to the kitchen for breakfasts.

Clothing & Tack

  • Warm Layers (sweaters) wool is nice
  • Rain gear and boots in case it rains
  • Hot weather clothing, and cloths that can get a bit dirty
  • Back pack
  • Water bottle
  • Mess kit for eating, fork, spoon, plate, bowl, cup etc
  • A knife, tools for activities you wish to play with
  • Musical instruments for playing around the fire or open mic night
  • Any supplies you might like to craft with or use for demonstration

Camping Gear

  • Tent or Hammock with fly, stakes
  • Sleeping bag or lots of blankets, pillow 
  • Sleeping mat
  • A tarp is always a good thing to have on hand, and some rope
  • Biodegradable soap and towel for quick rinse showers, sauna or swim
  • Bathing suit, for pond or lake
  • Toiletries, tooth brush etc…
  • First Aid (although we have one here)  
  • Bug repellant can be a good thing to have on hand

Other Items

  • We ask that everyone brings a Fruit to contribute to the kitchen for breakfast salads
  • An item for the collective alter we are setting up in the dome this year if you would like 
  • Money to purchase items from the market or pay materials fees for onsite workshop offerings
  • Our Makers Market is open to anyone to bring hand made items to put for sale and or trade 
  • (if you have a vending table to contribute please bring it of you can)
  • If you have 10×10 or other structure to set up near a guild spaces, bring it and add to the guild area
  • A camp chair for sitting in different areas and by the fire, blanket/ shawl
  • Anything else you can think of….that might be useful
