Let’s wander around in the edible world. It’s yummy out there. We will explore edible flowers, trees, roots, how to use plants as vegetables, herbs, teas and flavours.

We will make some soup with (mainly) wild ingredients, a pot of tea, and pick a salad.

Facilitator Bio

Blair Richards-Koeslag

Blair has been playing in the plant world for as long as she can remember. Her journey with wild food began when she was 13 and started eating wild grapes. Since then she has been making wild salads and soups, teas and sometimes even working with wild grain.

Let’s explore the edible world around us.
She is a PINA certified Permaculture teacher, Chartered herbalist and manages the Golden Bough Tree Farm.
